We respond to valid notices promptly. This site hosts the unmodified Snaptube installer, screenshots of the app taken by us, illustrations we commissioned, and text we wrote. If you believe something here infringes your rights, send the details below.
What to include
- The URL on this site where the material appears.
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed, and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
- Your name, organisation, email address and postal address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send it to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA. The site operator acts as the designated agent for notices; incomplete notices are answered with a request for the missing items, and we aim to reply within three working days.
Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same identifying information, the URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken, and your consent to jurisdiction of the courts where you reside.
Trademark
Snaptube and its logo are trademarks of their owner. This site uses the name to identify the app it is about, and states on every page that it is not affiliated with the developer. See the disclaimer.
